In Living Memory
Posters created for Los Angeles bus shelters in collaboration with Suvan Geer and selected Elders of the Los Angeles community. Using the memories of senior citizens to recall the environment of Los Angeles 50-70 years ago, these memories were recorded on bus shelter posters and exhibited throughout the city in September and October of 1993. The posters asked What will our children remember? Public events consisted of bringing together the elders, high school students and representatives of environmental groups to dialogue about the past, present and future of the city.
